Please include vSAN Management SDK for Python

Please integrate the vSAN Management SDK in pyVmomi.

At the moment, doing advanced VSAN stuff with Python is far from user-friendly... or, to put it less diplomatically: It's a pain in the ass.

Not to put too fine a point at this, but if it's really fixed it would be great if the VMware Broadcom people would close this issue as "fixed" 😜

I think they could really improve their communication here on GitHub.
