Summary

Odd behaviour when using toRefs(props) if the prop has not been passed

defineComponent({
  props: {
    foo: String,
  },
  setup(props) {
    const { foo } = toRefs(props) // props is `{}` making `toRefs` To return `{}`

    // correct
    const foo = toRef(props, 'foo')
  },
})
