Cant receive messages in supergroup

I am in a supergeoup with thousands of users.
Telegram-cli wont receive any messages from all users but me.
It works well in a supergroup with 36members.

It's a known bug. There is no solution for now. :(

Same thing.

Telegram-cli won't receive messages after supergroup reached ~220 peoples.
Before all was ok.

In other smaller supergroups all fine.

After restart tg-cli some of old unreceived messages are received.

With debug logging I do not see any updates with messages (len=312).
Only updates with Response_len ~88:
