This PR adds a URL parameter that enables automatic registration for new students. It streamlines the registration process by eliminating redundant steps when users are coming from other pages with course details. When a user clicks "Subscribe now" from those pages, they will be automatically registered, removing the need to click "Subscribe now" again.
This improvement reduces friction in the signup flow and provides a smoother experience for users.
