Oil & boost pressure monitor
This release features a 20x4 LCD-display, with room for 4 metrics. Included are DPF (soot filter) temperature, EGR-mixture rate, engine oil temperature and boost pressure desired value.
When connected to your car, the display will periodically update these values:
Once every 3.5 seconds DPF temperature
Once every second EGR mixture rate
Once every 5 seconds the engine oil temperature
Once every .5 second the boost pressure desired value
Please note the default mode of this code is "LOOPBACK", so change the #define LOOPBACKMODE to 0 for production purposes
EGRMonitor
This release features the advent of the EGR valve state monitoring. Next to the soot filter temperature (DPF) the display will show EGR valve state, in percentages. The percentage represents the mixture rate of fresh air, meaning a value of 100% means the air through the inlet is completely fresh, i.e. the EGR-valve is closed.
Any lower percentage indicates a partial opening of the EGR-valve, indicating how much air is redirected from the outlet manifold back into the inlet manifold (e.g. 67.3% indicates roughly two-thirds fresh air, and therefore one-third "recycled" air).
DPF Monitor
When connected to your vehicle's ODB-port, this will query the ECM for DPF temperature, and display on an attached LCD display
