New version of `PeerId` will only support `toString`
Use new packages and fix most compilation errors. Remaining error to be dealt with in waku.ts.
Import paths were not valid.
`marshal` return the compress key, `bytes` returned the protobuf serialized key.

Reduce the number of actions `createWaku` does.
Does not seem necessary.
dist folder is deleted automatically but not tsbuildinfo file so nothing is built as it is assumed already built by tsc.
Using older dependency for now.
Does not seem to be actually used.
