If you are outputting a native 1920x1080 non-scaled output, then the display should have an option to turn off scaling/stretching. You can also try creating a custom scaled in the app under the display's setting (in the configuration editing section), these are usually not presented as stretched but keep the aspect ratio properly. |

Yes, that is a working solution as well. :)
Were you able to create the scaled 1080p resolution (at the display's
System Configuration and Flexible Scaled
section, underCustom scaled resolutions
? If so, you can switch to that mode using the Display Mode menu and selecting Filter/Show All (or a 16:9 aspect ratio filter tag) and switching to the mode. You can add it as a favorite as well. Or does that look improperly scaled too?
