Ansible weareinteractive.apache2 role

weareinteractive.apache2 is an Ansible role which:

  • installs apache2
  • configures apache2
  • enables/disables confs
  • creates sites
  • enables/disables sites
  • enables/disables modules
  • optionally removes default host
  • adds rules
  • configures service

Note:

Since Ansible Galaxy supports organization now, this role has moved from franklinkim.apache2 to weareinteractive.apache2!

Installation

Using ansible-galaxy:

$ ansible-galaxy install weareinteractive.apache2

Using requirements.yml:

- src: weareinteractive.apache2

Using git:

$ git clone https://github.com/weareinteractive/ansible-apache2.git weareinteractive.apache2

Dependencies

  • Ansible >= 2.4

Handlers

Some configuration fragments obtained from HTML 5 Boilerplate will be copied to /etc/apache2/rules which can then be used inside your vhost configurations (see usage below).

Contributing

In lieu of a formal style guide, take care to maintain the existing coding style. Add unit tests and examples for any new or changed functionality.

  1. Fork it
  2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-feature)
  3. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some feature')
  4. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature)
  5. Create new Pull Request
