reafactor(report): Optimize the style of the playground

This pull request includes several changes to the packages/visualizer module, focusing on configuration adjustments, component updates, and renaming files for clarity. The most important changes include modifying the minification settings based on the environment, updating the Blackboard component's height calculation, and renaming and refactoring the send-to-playground component to open-playground.

Configuration Updates:

• packages/visualizer/modern.config.ts: Modified the compress option in the minify configuration to depend on the CI environment variable. [1] [2]

• packages/visualizer/src/component/blackboard.tsx: Adjusted the targetHeight calculation from window.innerHeight * 0.7 to window.innerHeight * 0.5 to improve layout responsiveness.
• packages/visualizer/src/component/detail-panel.tsx: Replaced SendToPlayground with OpenPlayground to reflect the renaming and refactoring of the component. [1] [2]
