Opening this issue to follow up the discussion in this thread about if xpath and tag name are supported or not for a shadow root.

Actually we would need an issue filed for the webdriver spec first to get this discussed and the not supported locator strategies removed. You can file an issue here: https://github.com/w3c/webdriver/issues/
