Removed unnecessary artifacts from release

@raphaelstolt was kind enough to supply a .gitattributes PR. This removes certain files from any archives produced.

I removed the exclusion for the License.

moved Emoji.php

autoload didn't work.

Renamed CONSOLE_ to C_

This makes the text a bit more readable when chaining the emojis
