Auto-open embeddable element settings when dropped onto a Row.

Expected Behavior

When dropping embeddable elements (youtube, tweet, vimeo, etc.) onto a Row, a new column is created and the element settings should open automatically.

Actual Behavior

When dropping embeddable elements (youtube, tweet, vimeo, etc.) onto a Row, a column is created, but the element settings are not opened automatically. They do, however, open if dropping onto an existing Column.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Insert a row, and drag&drop any embeddable element onto a Row dropzone (somewhere between the columns).
