Currently, changing back to playback category doesn't release mic and the orange light will be on iOS devices, so this should fix it.

  • Restart AudioUnit any time category changes between mic-using-category / non-mic-using category
  • Rename symbols

Compiles but Not yet tested with device

Merge to M93: Change how alignment requirements are processed

Software fallback wrapper now reports least common multiple of requirements
for two encoders.

SimulcastEncoderAdapter queries actual encoder before InitEncode call
and requests alignment for all layers if simulcast is not supported by
any of the encoders.

Make P2PTransportChannel implement IceAgentInterface (webrtc-sdk#5/n)

This functionally no-op change adds the methods to allow an active ICE controller to manipulate the connection used by the ICE transport. Most methods reuse existing code, this will be explicitly marked for cleanup with a follow-up CL which adds active ICE controller support.

Non-trivial changes are needed for P2PTransportChannel unit tests to cover the new code, and these are also being added in a follow-up CL.

[Merge M108] Ensure video frame buffer is still decodable before deco…

This ensures that if for some reason, the frame buffer becomes
undecodable while waiting to decode a frame, the decoding is halted.
This also guards against receiving an empty temporal unit from the frame
buffer, even though this should never happen when the frame buffer has a
decodable temporal unit.

Fix Destruction inside WGC Callback
218b56e 
If we are notified of the destruction of the window before a
CaptureFrame call can fail, then we may end up attempting to destroy the
underlying WGC object inside it's own event handler. This can be
problematic, as the class itself may want to run other code. Instead,
we just unsubscribe and signal that any future CaptureFrame calls should
reject.

This also removes setting "is_capture_started_=false" in the item closed
handler, as all that served to do is cause the WgcCapturerWin code to
attempt to restart the capturer, and somewhat muddies up our metrics.
