How to contribute
Swift is a general-purpose programming language that's approachable for newcomers and powerful for experts. It is fast, modern, safe, and a joy to write.
Swift 5.9 was released recently and provides a number of new debugging features to the compiler and LLDB debugger.
To install and run the application, do the following steps:
- Go to Website and select the appropriate option for your system.
- To test that you have Swift installed, run swift --version from your shell or terminal app.
Visit Website to familiarize yourself with Swift syntax.
