* Created Container interface in the model package to avoid import cycle errors (can't reference rest package in the model package) * Made the rest.Container extend the model.Container * Updated the CommandDispatcher interface to include the container in the dispatch call * Updated the CommandHandler signature to include container * Updated built in receivers
* Added Name to content entity so that the table name could be referenced from the repository * Pass in the name of the schema from the entity factory * Implemented Persist on Gorm projection to persist ContentEntity and regular model entities
* ci: Got rid of building on feature branches (reduce the space and build time)
