Update for V1.4
- Added an ECC608B security chip for those who want to do content authenticity (https://contentauthenticity.org)
- Moved TMP117 to use 3.3V so the temperature sensor will be active even if the camera is not enabled.
- Adding jumper point to select pull-up or pull-down for camera enable pin and the option to disconnect the enable pin.
- Adding a cutout under the sensor for direct sensor cooling.
