chwb2 problem #52
Comments
Giving the commands you used would help. Keep in mind that chwb2 will only draw a pixmap over an existing border, and will not draw the border itself. |
Hello! Im so sorry i didnt reply but i was busy. Here are the commands i
used:
chwb -c ffffff -s 5 $(pfw)
chwb2 -O ffffff -I 000000 -o 3 -i 2 $(pfw)
it could be entierly my user error, i read man pages but i couldn’t find a
solution for this in there. I will try to run it without cwm and let you
know.
Cheers!

Try to get it working without CWM first and then run the same commands
with it running.

Hello! Sorry for long response but only now i had time to try this. Running the same commands without a wm (launching sxhkd and setting windows focus) it still has the same output, i can draw the first border but not two, cheers! |
Hello! I am running CWM on OpenBSD 7.3 and wanted to use chwb2 to add two borders around the window. However i can’t get it to work. I create a border using chwb and that works, i can change color and width but when i use chwb2 utility nothing happens, no output, warning or change of any kinds, it just runs. Any idea what am i doing wrong? Thx, cheers!
