Update AnnotationLayer.css and TextLayer.css to be in sync with [email protected]

• Copy the styles from these 2 files
  • https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/blob/v3.6.172/web/annotation_layer_builder.css
  • https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/blob/v3.6.172/web/text_layer_builder.css
• Remove !MOZCENTRAL wrappers and keep content
• Keep :root { --react-pdf-annotation-layer: 1; in AnnotationLayer.css
• Keep :root { --react-pdf-text-layer: 1; in TextLayer.css
• Keep rotation styles in TextLayer.css
• Remove .textLayer opacity property
• Remove .textLayer ::selection styles
• Run prettier on CSS files

Most of the changes are okay, but see my comments above - unfortunately we can't just copy pdfjs-dist CSS character by character.

Changes done. Did a rebase on top of origin/main

Did a build in the root folder, and I'm running yarn dev in the test folder,
But I'm not getting the last changes from the repo 🤔
