애플리케이션에서 사용자에게 발송하는 알림 메시지의 내용을 변경하고 싶을 때 사용할 수 있는 API를 제공합니다.

알림 메시지를 더이상 상수로 관리하지 않고, 데이터베이스에 저장 후 필요에 따라 꺼내어 사용한다.
특정한 알림에서 사용할 알림 메시지의 내용을 수정할 수 있다.
