qFlash a modern alternative to dd

qFlash is a modernization of dd focusing on the most common use case (flashing images into disks or dumping disks), some of the added features:

• Deny list: list of devices that are not to be touched by qFlash no more of=/dev/sda accidents (can be explicitly ignored if needed)
• Simpler syntax and programmatic invocation
