Add verbose debugging setting

Motivation and context

investigate and debugging for bugs/problems can be cumbersome and annoying
when all relevant kodi properties values are censored
forces you to hack addons manually to get the necessary info
this allow you to get all values in clear directly

this can be re-used in future to enable detailed debug to others isa components

How has this been tested?
