We log a message every 10 seconds from each beetle failover client, when we receive a status update message. Give a large number of client this can create quite a log volume on a central server collecting those logs. I'm not entirely sure this commit is the right approach. We could be more radical and only log something when the client does actually do something meaningful. Could be achieved by logging status update messages when something has changes.
