Prefer --ignore-dependencies to deprecated --without-node flag (#916)

--without-node is no longer part of the [yarn formula](https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/master/Formula/yarn.rb), and node is its only dependency. Addresses #913.
