Topological edge modes of mechanical lattice 🍩=☕

This repository is the work I've done for my graduation thesis in Hokkaido University from 2021 to 2022.

Prerequisite

You might want to install packages to run code in this repo.

pip install -r requirements.txt

You might need to install torch from the official site from https://pytorch.org/ if you want to exploit GPGPU feature.
