[#19811] CDCSDK: Add cdcsdk_replication_slot_name field to CDCStreamInfo

Summary:
The CDCStreamInfoPB contains `cdcsdk_ysql_replication_slot_name`. However this was not
present in the corresponding CDCStreamInfo java class. This diff adds the field and the accessor
method for this field.
