Duplicate IDs

We need to remove all IDs from the login and register form. Since these forms are used in the shortcode and modals as well, thus there is a chance to have them both show on the same page.

This is still posing a problem for some users. To replicate add the login short, and register short to the same page, along with having the dialog/modals in place. Note the error messages will get confused as to where the messages should be displayed. Passing the parent form has fixed this issue in a few places.
