With version 2 package has been renamed from "satooshi/php-coveralls" to "php-coveralls/php-coveralls", and the script has been renamed from "coveralls" to "php-coveralls"
Updated to php-coveralls/php-coveralls
- removed HHVM support - removed allow_failures on PHP 7.2
- renamed documentation directory: doc -> docs - added all support files into docs directory - added PR and ISSUE github templates - updated composer.json skeleton - updated LICENSE.md skeleton - updated links and coveralls badge in README.md
