async-dispatcher allows us to use ZeroMQ with native schedulers instead of relying directly on Tokio or async-std's spawn.

As for why, Zed uses native OS schedulers for async work.

This allows us to use ZeroMQ with native schedulers instead of relying directly on
Tokio or async-std's `spawn`.
