In this project, I completed the phase 1 and phase 2. The main file is in webapps/twilio/WEB-INF/classes/com/twilio/TwilioServlet.java

Steps to run this app:

1. Download ngrok and run command line: ngrok http 8080
2. Go to the main file in webapps/twilio/WEB-INF/classes/com/twilio/TwilioServlet.java
3. Replace the ACCOUNT_SID, AUTH_TOKEN, and the ngrok url
4. Compile the servlet-api.jar file
5. Run command line: sh bin/startup.sh
6. Go to the ngrok generated url
