This reverts commit 958bf83.
去掉设置项“禁止向播放列表中添加已存在的曲目”并默认为true; 修正英文媒体库设置对话框资源缺少“浮动播放列表跟随主窗口”复选框;

这个pr应该可以合并了，有合并冲突出现的话太难修， 另外，合并以后多半还需要修一下Powrprof.lib相关的代码，我的电脑实在负担不了win虚拟机的开销 媒体库窗口和选项设置窗口有GDI泄漏（存在很久了） |
