Support the Ride Object Type. Should probably be split into

  • Stalls/Shops
  • Actual rides

Add support for stalls

This would close the first task in #3.

Add ability to specify an additional offset to the image offset
Fix image offsets being output as strings instead of as integers.
Update "keepPalette" field to "palette"
