yaourt has been abandoned since about 5 years ago, for many reasons among which are severe security and usability issues (see archlinuxfr/yaourt#382 for some discussion). Every other software alternative either uses a GUI frontend (pamac) or gives their own zsh completion (aurutils, paru, yay, ...).
So I think it's time to delete this completion, as it is not really serving any user's needs.
