The .txt files, originally contained the namespaces (packages in java but to keep the code similar to JS, NET and Python I called them namspaces) and, instead of keeping them in separate files, I've moved them to the metadata json files so that Java now behaves like the other languages. The .txt files weren't immediately when this change was done in order to give time for the changes to propagate to some of the longer-lived Java feature branches so they didn't get added back.
The azure-sdk-template* files were added via java2docfx testing on the release path.
