For time constraint reasons, we use a static resource for testing Metrics Advisor instead of dynamically instantiating a new one in every run. After going GA, the Metrics Advisor service created a new static resource for us and asked us to move out from the preview resource we've been using.
Changes in general are:
tests.ymlfile to update all IDs to the ones used by the new resource. Similarly, updated the hardcoded IDs we have in our test base file.
