This project contains a pipeline for plasmid identification. A new approach has been developed using mapping, assembly, annotation and visualization of whole genome sequencing data.
First things first, for this to work there are a few dependencies you need to have installed. Also, it is necessary to have a refseq DB for every plasmid sequence known at the moment. You can find the the dependency list in Installation and Dependencies and the procedure to generate the DB files in Plasmid Database.
