Loading issue

You can see below there's an issue in the area between the header and footer when the app is loading (in the examples I repeatedly reload the page).

This impacts in the perception of loading speed. The main contents should load instantly like the header and footer, only the sections that require data fetching should take longer to load (and in that case show a spinner, skeleton, etc.).

This happens both in https://dappbooster.vercel.app/ and https://dappbooster.dev/
