This PR adds instructions for the use of build systems for
libcantera-develexamples.This enhancement depends on Cantera/cantera#1366 and Cantera/conda-recipes#35 (plus the addition of the SCons option(Edit: PR's have been merged)conda_build=yto the recipe).
