Notes:
I recommend you don't use commandBlockEvent since it does not take into account All the other events that can happen between block events. @chiraagChakravarthy (punchster) has a much better version which he will prob be releasing soon!

Moved Rules over to carpet-fixes:

Removed rules:
uncappedViewDistance - Was unstable

New Rules:
commandWeird - Simple toggle for the /weird command
fastPistons - Pistons will extend and retract with 1 tick of delay
movableMovingPiston - Makes moving_piston (B36) movable. Requires MovableBlockEntities to be on
blueSkullTesting - Makes it so blue skulls from wither always spawn to test if your wither based farm will break
blockTransparency - Changes the transparency of all blocks in the game
worldborderNotSpecial - Everything works the same past the world border
totallyLegitElytra - Elytra won't take damage from flight
allowUnauthenticatedPlayers - Allow's players with invalid sessions to join the server, a lot like onlineMode
chunkRegenFix - Fixes Chunk Regen due to StringTag writeUTF() not respecting readUTF() Limits
permaloader - This is a joke, it actually just prevents all chunks from being unloaded ;)

Added support for Carpet-Extra Rules:
y0DragonEggBedrockBreaking - Instant Fall now respects this rule

Fixed bug that caused mod not to work correctly on servers

Removed rules:
lampChunkStatus
lampChunkDisplay
They were made quickly for testing purposes and have been outgrown by the /chunk command

New Rules:
spongeReusable - Sponge does not become wet when used
spongeAbsorbsExplosions - Sponge will prevent block explosion damage if it's in the TNT's list of blocks to break
enchantmentOverride - Allows you to enchant past the highest vanilla enchant limit using /enchant
uncappedTridentSpeed - Makes it so that tridents can move just as fast as they usually do on the y-axis on the x & z axis
uncappedViewDistance - Usually the maximum viewDistance is 32, this will allow it to be much higher
executeBlockLimit - Removes the block limit when using the /execute command
preventBreaking - Prevents all players from breaking blocks

Rule Changes:
instantTileTickMechanic - Now has options vanilla & vanillaCrashFix
Vanilla, means that both instantTileTick & InstantLiquidFlow are active at the same time

/chunk now requires op permission level 2

So I went sponge crazy...

New Rules:
spongeLava - Lava Sponge for the win
spongeFaster - Remove's the block updates done when water gets drained to slightly speed up sponge's
spongeCeption - Sponge, sponges itself
spongeInfinite - Sponge will attempt to soak up all water, it even generates chunks. Nothing can stop it but a lack of water. If you place this in the ocean, well you better hope you set the spongeLimit set...
observerPulse - Change the pulse length of observers (How long they stay on)
instantLiquidFlow - Instant-Liquid flow in 1.16, basically instant tile ticks but for liquids
fastLiquidFlow - All Liquid Ticks trigger in the next tick
fastTileTicks - All Tile Ticks trigger in the next tick
instantTileTick - Re-implementing instant tile ticks into 1.16. Although it's more of an imitation
instantTileTickMechanic - A game mechanic for instant tick ticks. Requires a lit redstone lamp to be moved in border chunks surrounded by Ticking Chunks

Added the /weird command

Allows you to do /weird chunk <set|radius|start|stop>for a better chunk debug. Allows you to view chunk status without needing a block!
