Some issues and fixes discovered by @EliteMasterEric

  • check graphic.isDestroyed for better error messages when using destroyed graphics
  • prevent double graphic destroys
  • Prevent double adding of frame collections to a graphic
  • prevent double release() call in FlxFlicker
