Also fixed some styling things (in dark mode, there was a lighter-colored background behind the ecosystem sidebar and the filter menu that didn't look good; also changed the spacing between the projects in the ecosystem sidebar) and refactored the component file structure (moved "stores" out of components since they're context - not components, and moved "individual-project" components up out of "projects", to make them easier to find).
