Update E3SM-Project submodule

This merge updates the E3SM-Project submodule from 5d5f15c to 93e511d.

This update includes the following MPAS-Ocean and MPAS-Frameworks PRs (check mark indicates bit-for-bit with previous PR in the list):

• (ocn) Reduce ocean output fields E3SM-Project/E3SM#6095
• (ocn) Fix bug in stealth feature log-law drag E3SM-Project/E3SM#6056
  • the automated check missed because of the atypical branch name
• (ocn) Removes sea surface height gradient filtering as a stealth option in E3SM E3SM-Project/E3SM#6067
  • the internal_waves test cases are non-BFB (but with differences at numerical precision) between this and the previous PR.
  • this is likely from previous PR
  • all other tests are BFB.
• (ocn) Skip building arrays for surface absorption when surface fluxes are disabled E3SM-Project/E3SM#6065
  • had to skip because it does not compile (fixed in next PR)
