Description
The "Refactor endstop state config" inverted the tmc2209 test condition resulting in the wrong error text being showin,
Eg set X_DRIVER_TYPE TMC2130
Noting:

// Stall detection DIAG = LOW : TMC2130/TMC2160/TMC2660/TMC5130/TMC5160
Set X_MIN_ENDSTOP_HIT_STATE HIGH, ie deliberately wrong for a TMC2130
This errors as it should but says
#error "SENSORLESS_HOMING requires X_MIN_ENDSTOP_HIT_STATE HIGH for X_MIN homing with TMC2209."
when it should say
#error "SENSORLESS_HOMING requires X_MIN_ENDSTOP_HIT_STATE LOW for X_MIN homing."
This PR switches all _HIT_STATE error messages.
I decided this was a nicer way to go vs adding ! operators that the c predecessor has waste time on.
