Migration to waf and support for more platforms

• Fix compilation with clang++.
• Use waf instead of Make.
• Support Mac OSX, FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD.
• Provide a formula for Homebrew users, with fftw enabled.

1.4.2p: Merge lossyWAV 1.4.2

• Update to the latest upstream release.

First test release of lossyWAV for POSIX based on lossyWAV 1.4.0

This release survives basic testing in my devices:

• Laptop: GNU/Linux (x86_64)
• Tablet: GNU/Linux chroot (ARMv7l)
