Releases: NellyDevo/The-Mystic-Project
minor visual polish edition
Lots of small fixes and visual changes.
- Card portraits have been updated to have darker description boxes, bringing them more in line with how cards appear in the base game.
- A simple Mystic backstory was added to the possible memories you can recall during the sensory stone event.
- Bent Spoon should now only flash when you play a cantrip that it actually benefits
- Mystical Shield was changed to use BaseMod's new subscriber, which improves its visual feedback.
- "Essence of Magic" potion was fixed to use the new(ish) cantrip generation logic, meaning it can now generate any cantrips added to the list of generatable cantrips by other mods.
- The rendering logic patch to Hubris's "duct tape" was improved to more accurately display each half's status as spell, arte, or sperte.
- A new mystic-specific "Energized" power was added for Alacrity, so it now visually fits the character a bit better.
- Improved the internal VFX logic of Magic Missile, and made the missile frequency increase as the number of projectiles increase (to a maximum of 20 missiles per second)
- Cleaned up the descriptions of some cards for grammar, visual consistency, etc.
- General cleanup of the code. Deleted an unused class, added newlines to end of every file where applicable, changed patches to use clz and locators, etc.
Spell/arte Logic Priority
Expands upon the Spell/Arte logic interface with a priority system, allowing people to determine what order the relic or power affects the logic.
aaaaaa
small bugfix
fixes a bug with the internal Spell/Arte API, and swaps the Cantrip tooltip description to accurately reflect that it cares about stacks of Power, rather than number of spells played.
Thonk
bugfixes, Spell/Arte logic refactor
- fixed a bug where attack cantrips would count as Spertes when they should count as Spells when you have the Crystal Ball relic.
- fixed a bug with the interaction between Calipers relic and the Mystical Shield power.
- fixed a bug with some inter-mod interactions of five foot step, as well as improving its visual trajectory.
The logical hooks for Spell/Arte logic were improved in efficiency and design.
Closing barrage upgrade description hotfix
Fixed Closing Barrage's upgrade description not properly appending "+1" to the X.
Backend hooks, new relic art
Very minor update.
In the backend, a little bit of code was cleaned up to be less hard-coded, coming with it support for additional hooks into the overall spell/arte logic that can easily be accessed by relics or powers.
Also, the relic "Bent Spoon" now has art, provided courtesy of RedDyeNo5!
