Libvirt may set a VM to paused state when it runs out of space. This issue is to detect this situation and notify the user back (e.g. setting the VM to unknown)

If disk has RECOVERY_SNAPSHOT_FREQ attr, it's a
qcow2 backing chain (2). Convert it to a single
qcow2 first.
