Not all the build devices are necessarily aarch64-linux devices, this PR fixes possible issues arising from the assumptions of the patch
Generalize the patch libuv autoconf patch
If not exported, these dont propagate to the pip3 or python3
#265)

* Updated identity,kubelet & info source file protocol from ssh to https

* Removed SSH_AUTH_SOCK as we do not want to rely on SSH authentication to clone dependency/source
The patch is not applied by default, and it should be used only
when EEPROM has been written with a valid MAC address.

To apply patch run at LmP root folder:
'git -C layers/meta-lmp am ../meta-pelion-edge/meta-lmp-support/recipes-bsp/u-boot/u-boot-fio/uz/0001-Read-MAC-from-EEPROM-on-Xilinx.patch'
…patch

Add a support patch to read MAC from EEPROM on Xilinx/AVNET ZU3EG board
Remove unnecessary foundries.io includes
parsec-service > v0.1.2, refers to tpm2-tss v2.3.3 and Dunfell is on 2.3.2.
Thus we need to override this to successfully compile the service.

This has been copied from Gatesgarth version of meta-security.
* Added Parsec support to mbed-fcce

1. Renamed mbed-fcc to mbed-fcce
1. Compile fcce with parsec-se-driver when MBED_EDGE_CORE_CONFIG_PARSEC_TPM_SE_SUPPORT=ON

* Removed the duplicate files

* remade the pal-platform.json patch

Co-authored-by: Yash Goyal <[email protected]>
Added parsec-tool recipe into recipies-misc.

The parsec-tool can be used to interrogate the parsec service.
…led (#277)

When compiling without parsec, build results into failure -

```
error: redefinition of 'struct itimerspec'
```

The git patches are only required when compiling with PARSEC_TPM_SE_SUPPORT flag
* Fix PSA storage location

* Update recipes-wigwag/mbed-fcce/mbed-fcce/0001-fix_psa_storage_location.patch

Co-authored-by: Yash Goyal <[email protected]>

Pelion Edge build version updated to 2.3
Updated the image recipes to create a parsec user.
Change permissions on parsec related files to be accesible to the new
parsec user.
Change to run parsec as the parsec user.
Edit file for clarity and style guide.
Adding known issue & explanation on why the update cannot be done over the air for ZU3EG boards.
Add note about the SW TPM being always active but it's not deployed correctly, so it might spam out some error logs (which can be ignored).
It's generic to Parsec, not i.MX8 specific.
Remove fixed EMAC address from device-tree and read it from EEPROM.
…g-iocc

Read EMAC from EEPROM on uz3eg-iocc
The reboot is working now after Pete's patch.
We missed March by a day.
