feat: add dead clicks functionality

we're adding dead click detection in PostHog/posthog-js#1463

(and cannot merge this before then)

this adds:

• taxonomy so nicely display them
• confirms the elements display is used in event rows
• copies the script so the image can serve it
• new setting and response in decide to enable/disable
