for not breaking compatibility we're not updating the sdks now, so people won't be using the new TokenId type (which clients don't support)

so the next PR is just the bucket scalability
release the new cap-js, wait for 2 weeks (version compatibility window)
and then we release a new version to auto-migrate the standards to use the new TokenId type
then we can update the SDK
