Project Overview:

Our project is based on a form currently used by military officers around the US. Each form is a spreadsheet that lists the subordinates under an officer and describes when each one needs to perform a specific duty (job) during the month. The current problem is that when the commanding officer fills out this hand-written form for over a hundred soldiers, they must be very thorough and ensure that conflicts between forms do not arise. These documents can take the officer hours to prepare, and must be accurate enough to defend their job if a subordinate feels that they are treated unfairly with the schedule.

We are going to make a desktop program where commanding officers can add and remove both subordinates and duties to ensure a smaller chance of conflict. It will be set up where they can print out the form for their records and show who has what duties during the month.
