Need functionality to get and check SomaScan version from attributes

  • getSomaScanVersion()
    • gets the SomaScan version from a soma_adat object
  • checkSomaScanVersion()
    • checks that the version is a valid version

Additional ADAT "get" helpers

- new `getSomaScanVersion()` and `checkSomaScanVersion()` functions
- reorganized docs to merge with `getAdatVersion()`
- getAdatVersion()` now takes the full attributes
  as its input, rather than `x$Header.Meta`
- updated documentation
- fixes SomaLogic#83
